How to Reach Balıkesir
By land, it takes 3 hours from Istanbul, 1.5 hours from Bursa, and 2.5 hours from Izmir to reach Necatibey Faculty of Education where the congress will be held. Balıkesir Koca Seyit Airport is the closest airport to the city center and it is only one hour away. In addition it is possible to use the railroad from Ankara and Izmir.
